How to order?

As a private customer, you can only order online.
You order in 4 simple steps :  

Step 1 : select your items and add them to your caddy
Step 2 : fill in your personal details and indicate the country of destination 
Step 3 : fill in the delivery address or choose a pick-up point
Step 4 : select the way you want  to pay and you will be forwarded automatically to a secured payment page to make payment

Delivery

After placing your order, you will immediately receive confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Your order will then be processed, packed and shipped to the specified delivery address within the next day. You can track the status of your order in your dashboard.
As standard, we maintain the following delivery times:
Ordered before 3 pm:

 

  • Benelux: 1-2 working days
  • DE-FR: 3 working days
  • Others: 4 working days

Not home at the time of delivery?

Our shipping partner offers 1 delivery attempt as standard. You will be informed of the exact delivery time via e-mail.
Have your plans changed and you are not at home after all? Then you can change the time or place of delivery online. You can also choose to have your parcel delivered to a Pickup Parcel Shop. You can also give permission to leave your parcel in a specific place. For example at the back door or in the garage. You can do this by selecting 'permission to leave' at the DPD options. 

If the delivery attempt fails, the driver will deliver your parcel to the nearest Pickup Parcel Shop. You will receive a note in your mailbox indicating where you can pick up your parcel.

Problems with your order or a specific product

Report a problem

You can easily report a problem by following the below steps. You can do this within 2 weeks after delivery.

  1. Sign in with your login and pasword
  2. Go to your dashboard
  3. Click on '!' next to the order concerned
  4. Indicate the article and the prefered solution

You will immediately receive a confirmation.

How to return an item?

You want to return an item? Ordered goods can be returned within 14 days from receipt.

  1. Sign in with your login and pasword
  2. Go to your dashboard
  3. Click on '!' next to the order concerned
  4. Indicate the article and the prefered solution

You will receive a confirmation and return ticket by e-mail. You print the return ticket, stick it on your parcel and take the parcel to one of the DPD Pickup parcelshops.
